These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bized App Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Bized application and website. By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content") and all trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. The Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary;

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: systematically retrieving data, unauthorized framing or linking, deceptive use of the platform, uploading malicious code, and circumventing security features.

When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that they do not infringe the proprietary rights (including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights) of any third party, and that you have all rights necessary to grant us the licenses described in these Terms.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Bized App Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
