What happens when you request deletion

Immediate anonymisation
Your name, profile picture, authentication tokens and API keys are removed the moment we receive your request.

Conversation data deleted
All WhatsApp messages and conversation records linked to your account are deleted from our databases immediately.

Full purge within 30 days
Any residual data in backups and logs is permanently purged within 30 days of your request.

Confirmation code issued
You receive a confirmation code to track the status of your deletion request at any time.
